Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 2026

At Thrive Wellness + Aesthetics, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Standard Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by 12:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made after 12:00 PM the day before your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a $100 non-refundable late cancellation/no-show fee.

Extended & Specialized Appointments

Certain services require additional preparation, room setup, equipment, or extended appointment time. These include:

Late cancellations or no-shows for these appointments will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Annual Courtesy Waiver

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Each client receives one (1) courtesy waiver per calendar year that may be applied to a late cancellation due to an unforeseen circumstance.

Once the annual courtesy waiver has been used, all standard cancellation and no-show fees will apply.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed at the time of booking. If a same-day appointment is subsequently canceled or missed, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable fee will apply.

Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Clients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to provide a deposit or prepayment for future appointments. Any required deposit or prepayment must be received before an appointment can be reserved.

Payment of Fees

All outstanding late cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns on any purchased skincare products (whether or not they have been opened); We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards/ gift certificates. Prepayments are refundable within seven (7) days of purchase. Services received cannot be refunded.
