When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside dedicated time specifically for your care. If a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment, it prevents another patient from being seen and disrupts our ability to provide timely care.

To help ensure that all patients have access to available appointment slots, we require a credit card to be kept on file at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
